30-min Private Yoga / Meditation Session (at Ohana)

30-min Private Yoga Session with Julie in-person at Ohana

Private In-Person Yoga Sessions will allow you to enjoy customized classes of your preferred practice style with optional hands-on assistance and personalized guidance.


Choose your preferred practice style:

  • Guided Meditation / Breathwork (seated or lying down)
  • Gentle Hatha Yoga (seated, standing or both)
  • Slow-Flow Vinyasa Yoga (seated, standing or both)
  • Restorative Yoga (seated or lying down)
  • Chair Yoga (seated or lying down)
  • Yin Yoga (seated or lying down)

No experience necessary. Sessions booked by appointment. These private classes are held in-person at Ohana Acupuncture and Wellness Center.


Optionally (not required), you can feel free to bring your own mat/props. Otherwise, oversized zero-gravity chairs, cushioned folding chairs, natural tree rubber yoga mats, eco-friendly bolsters, natural cork blocks and organic cotton blankets are available at Ohana Acupuncture and Wellness Center.

PLEASE NOTE: If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, please contact Julie as soon as possible. Any appointment that is cancelled without at least 24-hours notification will still be charged in full.
